Once again, I find myself with an extra ticket to this Sunday's conference match between DC United and New York; anyone interested? I've also got a couple of extra tailgate passes, and only this week and one more tailgate to use them at.

First come, first served. The supporter's clud has sold out four of their five sections of seats already (I remember when they only had one section!), so it will be a rockin' house!

New Jersey's legislature has six months to either grant gay couples the right to marry, or come up with another civil-union type system, after the state's highest court ruled Wednesday that homosexual couples are due all the rights accorded to straight couples.

Thanks to snolan for posting a link to this story. Makes me furious! Props to the commentor who disagreed witht he message but agreed that the sign should have been left alone; you would hope that would be anybody's reaction, but sadly there are plenty of Americans who don't believe in American values like free speech, respect for and toleration of others, and an open marketplace of ideas.
