I was curious as to what declared national emergencies are still in force (according to USC 50, any time the president declares a national emergency, he has to renew that declaration every year, or it automatically expires. I've been trying to post an entry for about half an hour now. And, of course, the signal that I could finally get through was the whole page reloading and all of my entry being gone, even when I back-paged. >:-p
