May. 25th, 2006 03:10 pmOnce you've been tagged, compose a journal entry with six weird facts/things/habits about yourself, saying who tagged you. In the end you need to choose the six people to be tagged and list their names. No tag backs.
1. My eyes, apparently, are a genetic throwback to my Dutch heritage. More than one person has remarked on how they look like somethign out of a Dutch Masters painting (the style, not the cigars).
2. My hips are abnormally deep and flexible. I can lie on the floor on my side and cross my legs lotus-fashion. It seems perfectly natural to me, but I've seen people wince when I do it.
3. As most of you probably know by now, I never learned to bicycle when I was a kid. I walked everywhere. I taught myself how to cycle this spring.
4. When I was in sixth grade, I had a science teacher (Mr Mazaitis) I admired who crossed his zeds and sevens. I took up the habit because I thought he was cool.
5. I share a house with my ex-wife of 17 years and her partner (and 5 cats!). (I think that qualifies as weird, though I'm quite happy about it.)
6. Six? Hmmm.... I still have, and sometimes wear, the shoes I bought to get married in (and until recently the shoes I bought for high school graduation). (Eh, nit a very interesting weird fact...)
