I'm impressed by his level of effort, but slightly baffled by this information, "Mr Garrard sculpted and painted 4,000 figures, measuring just half an inch and all wearing their correct costumes including 32 versions of Jesus."

True. I'm just wondering what the artistic or historical justification is for 32 of them....

Actually, without a comma between "costumes" and "including," I get the impression that the 32 Jesi (pl?) were the costumes. Try to visualise that. No, on second thought, don't.
