Limo tried to leave before we were ready to go, flight was delayed going into Chicago, leaving Chicago, shared a row with a under-two-year-old named Thomas and (at any one time) one of his parents. Baggage fell behind, hopefully catching us up soon. Got into the flat, but when N used the nifty washer/dryer, she couldn't get it to actually dry the clothes it had washed--it just kept steaming them...
Still, we're here. We have the wedding dress. Tomorrow we get the license/schedule. The essentials are in place...

Date: 2008-01-09 06:25 pm (UTC)Er ... that may be as good as it's going to get, depending on whether you've had any previous experience of UK washers and dryers ... we don't really have this clothes--drying business properly nailed down.
