Took the plunge. My new best friend (click the charcoal & red option).

I caught some rebroadcasts of the classic show The Prisoner on TiVo. That was such a fantastic show when I was three. It was in colour the whole time--who knew? (NB: I think the first colour television my parents got was some time in the Reagan or the first Bush administration. They still have never had either cable or satellite feed.)

DC United clinched a playoff berth, and with 3 games left, they could conceivably take the division title. They *could* go all the way. I'm not sure I believed that at the beginning of the season.

I remeber surfing a website devoted to the town, it's history, and its role in the series. It's so... eclectic! They couldn't have afforded to *build* something like that, but fortunately someone already had! :-)
