OK, so I was trying to remember how I damaged my left arm a while back.
I knew I had overstrained, overstretched, or slightly torn a muscle or tendon inside the elbow, but I couldn't remember when or how.
I finally broke down this morning and put two of the A/C units back in the windows now that the weather is getting nasty. Hopefully I can avoid using them most of the time and just stick to fans, but when there are thunderstorms slated for the afternoon when I'm at work, I *have* to close most of the windows (the gutters don't do a good job of keeping rainwater off the face of the building). And I don't want to come home and find three extinct cats that have been steamed to death.
So, the unit in the study is probably the smallest and most modern. It was carrying the one into the dining room and hoisting it into place where I felt the telltale pain. Yep, it was moving this f!@&er that hurt last time...
On the plus side, I tried the new shampoo and conditioner this morning, and I'm not feeling nearly as itchy today!
