Christ, it's hot! Nearly nine o'clock and it's still over 80 degrees (at the CP Airport--I'm sure it's nearly 90 in my flat...) And hotter tomorrow, with rain.

I guess May 1 is the beginning of summer now. Fucking hell.

I'm commenting an hour after you posted, and it's just now 79 outside here in Pasadena. It was 93 in Timonium for the May Day festival I was at earlier. That was pretty warm for outdoor dancing.

And it's freezing here! 44 degrees and pouring rain.

I wish we could have somewhere between the two extremes.

How does 70-75 and partly cloudy with outbreaks of sun sound to you?

That sounds ideal to me! :-) I'd take the 44* in a shot, too, over the hot and muggy we already have again here. It's not 8 am yet, but it's already warm and sticky--quite unpleasant if I go into a room with no fan.

I have half a dozen cities on my weather widget on iGoogle and an alternate one on my iPod Touch, and the northern New England ones look pretty good right now. Portland ME in the 70s all week. Yes, I'm sure they get cold in the winter--I like that too! :-)
