oh, cr@ptastic
Jan. 12th, 2009 10:12 pmLate afternoon, Delhi Belly and burpiness.
Evening, nausea.
Night, sensitivity to smells and intensification of prior symptoms.
Late night (home, after leaving gaming early), all the above plus aches, stiffness, cold. Flat FREEZING despite inside of house being cozily warm. Went around and made sure all storm windows down, all radiators turned fully to open. (OK, worn out after two radiators, but made sure bathroom was one of two.)
Took a hot bath and then shower. No longer freezing. Put on toasty war slipper socks sent by wonderfully sweet and considerate friend in UK, no longer cold at all.
Then technicolor yawns began, :-( At least no longer nauseous!
Taking water, Gatorade, pain reliver, stopping-up pills.
Going to be, hopefully with many cats. Keeping hefty bowl (with lid) nearby, just in case. Not moving out of bed until feeling better (or call of nature...)
This f^$%ing sucks. At least it's now and not several weeks later.
Edit: Several hours' sleep made me feel marginally better, but I still ache like I'd been beaten by Indian police. Checked temp (98.8), took ibuprophen, drank some water, and back to bed...
