This is really weird.

I've gotten this twice now, and I'm not quite sure why. Somehow I must have gotten tagged by searches I did or websites I looked at.

Nuffield Hospitals is a real organisation; it's a private hospital chain in the UK. But it uses real email addresses at its domain name, not at Hotmail or googlemail.

But this looks like some sort of spam. It's badly spelled and punctuated. It keeps talking about openings in Scotland, but some of the text suggests that the positions meant are in Dubai (!!). And it's advertising VET jobs, when NH definitely do not offer vet services!

It's got to be some sort of scam; I just can't figure out what. I guess it must have to do with what they plan to do with the info you send them.

Yikes! Passport, indeed! Obviously, this is an all-purpose scam; they adapted it for Scotland, but forgot to change the "Dubai" in that one line.

What I don't understand is, if this is a scam coming from one English-speaking country and going to another, why didn't they bother to actually write in English? Dorks.
