A vacancy has arisen to join our team of story liners on the top selling girl's magazine Wendy. Sold across a number of European countries, this long-running picture-pony story features Wendy and her horseback adventures. In addition to providing editorial content you will contribute ideas for short stories, puzzles, quizzes and games for Wendy 'Special editions'.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating story lines and assisting with the general sub editing and proof reading of all written materials. Feature writing experience, sound editing and proof reading skills would all therefore be advantageous.
Outstanding English, a high level of computer literacy and attention to detail are all key requirements of this post. Excellent communication and the abilty to work to strict deadlines are also essential skills as you will be required to liaise with writers and artistis in the preparation of each weekly edition.
This excellent opportunity will suit a creative individual bursting with ideas. A keen interest in horses and ponies is desirable but not essential.
Indeed, I think they show signs of needing several artistis with the abilty to proof read...
