winterbadgerDC lost to Houston in the Superliga. But the Mexican team we beat last Sunday, Club America, beat the Mexican team we tied the week before, Morelia, so they are both out and we advance to the semis. Where we play the Los Angles Becks-lxy. On August 14th. After playing them August 9th in a league match. This should be interesting.
In other soccer news, the women's team that were going through security at the Minneapolis airport at the same time I was turn out to be the Atlanta Silverbacks women's team who had just beaten the Michigan Hawks 4-0 and the Minnesota Lightning 5-2 to win the W-League Central Conference Championships in their first-ever playoff appearance.
