Chris and I were clearing out the basement last night, and I found a trap that had been set a LONG time ago...UNDER a set of shelving, out of sight. :-(

That's REALLY horrible.

Although I must say, you clearly didn't use the space often or the stench would have alerted you, I would think ;)

Yeah, it's been quite illuminating what stuff we thought was long gone that was actually still sitting in boxes in the basement. Melissa has been quite disgusted at us for having all this stuff sitting around taking up space. :-)

Dead mouse is not at all nice, it's true. More than once we've had what I am convinced was a nasty accident happen to a mosue that was navigating our walls' interiors. :-(
