OK, I need to lose some weight. I'm working on the exercise front. And I've been doing better at resisting the call of the vending machine during the long afternoon hours and eating more fruits and vegetables. I need to cut back a lot more on fast food. Cook more and eat less heavily processed foods. And I'm going to stop doing sweets other than fruit (except for the tasty chocs that Mel and Chris brought me--those I'm going to hoard for special treats). And I'm going to stop drinking alcohol for a while; partly so as to drop the calories and partly because I like doing that every once in a while, just to make sure I can.

I suggest sparkpeople.com! Mainly for it's meal planner thingy- you enter in what you eat and it shows you your calories/fat/sodium etc for each item and for the day. I'm on it to eat better, ad it's definitely helped me id propblem area - like my sodium content is through the roof!
