My new couch is here! They actually tried to deliver it before the voicemail they left said, so I passed them as they were leaving just after six, then they came back a little after nine.

Gilbert didn't even appear to notice the new couch. Nicco sniffed it suspicously but walked past. Finn is sitting next to it; I think he is trying, like Archimedes, to pretend it isn't there.

Since it was after their store closed, they wanted a check for the balance, instead of taking a credit card! No one told me that would be the case. Luckily, there's enough in my account to cover it...
