2 muffins, toasted and (light) buttered
a small spadefull of sliced mushrooms, fried (in canola oil)
three (small, vegetarian) sausages
Ethiopian shade-grown, fair-trade coffee
Sadly, the musrooms taste a little off. I have to remember they're best cooked ASAP, not kept a while. OTOH, it could just be the canola oil. I'd better eat the rest, just so as to see...

Date: 2006-05-27 03:20 pm (UTC)I use olive oil for almost everything. The exception being specialty Asian dishes that call for specific types of oil. I prefer olive oil for the taste and it's supposed to be heart-healthy, etc.
(Damn! Where's a good cooking icon when I need one?)
