A kilt? They banned ***A KILT***? OMG! Don't they have something better to spend time on...how about educating the kids in the school about the history of the kilt? I bet the kid in question would love to do something like that.

I think the kid would probably look cool in the kilt.

There is a precedent - The kilt was banned in Scotland from 1746-1786.
