Aug. 19th, 2005 09:01 amSo it looks like I have a res for Tuesday, here.
On the strength of which, I booked a morning outing with these folks.
This looks super too! I might do that Friday morning...
Edit: ...and Wednesday night is taken care of too, it would seem. Yay! Just have to find places to stay Thursday and Friday.

Date: 2005-08-19 02:25 pm (UTC)I was told repeatedly that Labor Day weekend was off limits. I think they would have hunted me down should I have scheduled something for then. I was afterall, there at the beginning of their courtship and have now been asked to do one of the readings.

Date: 2005-08-19 02:57 pm (UTC)Tsk tsk!
I will post a note to myself on my journal to confirm which train I'm on for Sunday. So we're on the same page... if it's 12:30 or 1:30 do you want to have lunch (brunch, meal, etc) or do you plan to have satified any hunger pangs prior to meeting up? I'm presuming that you are taking the Metro into Union Station?

Date: 2005-08-19 03:10 pm (UTC)[Sunday] Either way, I'm happy to have lunch then. I'll sleep late and just skip breakfast :-) Transport... I had just assumed I'd drive in. But taking the Metro would be more environmentally responsible and give me time to sit and read. Hmmm *ponders*
