I am, quite literally, laughing out loud. Which is, I'm sure, more than you did at the time. But that just goes to confirm my impression that your daughter is way up there in the pantheon of charming kids.
And, yes, I suppose I can look on experiences like this morning as practice for later life. Becaus I know who won't be getting out of bed at 0 dark 30 to deal with wee ones, or anything short of a nuclear explosion...
