Had a nice walk this evening. I was dismayed by how chopped up by street crossings the Sligo Creek Parkway trail is near where I live; it makes it less useful for cycling. So I stopped while I was out getting cat foodses and took a walk down a part of the trail further away (on the other side of Colesville Rd/Rt 29) and found that it is pleasantly unencumbered by level crossings. I went 2.5 miles and only had to cross one road. Hope for the future.
