What I do have to say is this--after losing some weight over the summer, I've put it back again and more. It's the result of totally falling out of the habit of daily exercise (awful!) and back into some bad habits of eating and drinking (comfort eating, fast food meals, too much starch and not enough veg, drinking a little too freely).
No advice or support required; I'm just acknowledging this problem and putting down a marker to myself that I need to get back on track.
