"You can almost argue that a protest against that is a terrorist act."

Protest is a terrorist act. Nice.

The current definition of terrorism is any behavior that causes harm to another individual, even if it's without intent. That's how unruly schoolkids are being charged with terrorism these days. All you have to do is take a swing at a police officer arresting you at a protest - it's not assault on a police officer, it's terrorism.
