• tell people your actual hours, so they don't decide to go in late to work because your office doesn't open until 9 and is only open until 4, only to discover when they arrive that your office actually opened at 8


• let people know if you've outsourced your records keeping to another company


• let people know if the options for paying for copies of their records are limited (for instance, if you don't take cash or credit cards onsite
