There's a team in the South they called the Tories
For years they have led Division One
In the face of heavy competition
They have nae lost their winnin' run

Although they dropped some midfield men frae Scotland
It has nae upset their strategies
'Cause their punters show a healthy rate of int'rest
When they buy shares in their companies

Now the Tories beat the Opposition
The Opposition did nae show much sense
Cause they aye play the ball up tae their left wing
And they can be somewhat suspect in defence

And then they had a bit of trouble with their strikers
Who thought they should have a bigger fee
And they chased away a lot of their supporters
When they showed too much Militant Tendency

There's a sad side facing relegation
Though the top of the league had been their dream
They tried almost every combination
Even transfers frae another team

They even took the field and played two captains
Who thought they were really on the ball
Just to find when they heard the final whistle
They had only gone and ballsed it all

The Tories say they put the "Great" back in Great Britain
If that helps us, we'll have to wait and see

If Scotland had supported SNP!
