He probably looks as rubbish as me!

I went out for just a little bit of exercise, since it's been so long since I've gotten any. I ended up walking most of the two miles, plodding really, though I got up to a jog for at least thirty seconds together a couple of times.

Whoosh. I am *so* out of shape. My legs need some tone, but it's mostly what's been an issue all me life--wind. Even when I played soccer in high school I never had decent wind, and 30 years and many stone of excess baggage have just made it worse.

*sigh* Well, it didn't grow there overnight, so there's no hope thinking that it will go away except over time. And with LOTS more exercise....

You're right. It will help with wind if you persevere.

I deliberately increased my exercise as my asthma was getting worse. My average peak flow is now about 50 points better than it was this time last year. And I no longer get out of breath when I cycle uphill.

If you need extra incentive, find regular exercise that you can do with a group.

Any morris sides close to you? Just a thought.
