There are few pleasures to compare with making someone you love happy. :-)

I stopped at the craft store on the way home this evening and got a sewing kit and a package of shiny red metal bells. I replaced the lost little bell on Busby's jingly hippo toy with *two* little bells, and the broken red bell on his FAVOURITE toy (two felt leaves, red and white, and a bell on a white string) with a big brand new bell.

I haven't seen a cat that happy and excited in some time. :-)

I love my cats. :-)

I'm jealous: I wish I could get Loki interested in toys. The only two things he seems to care about are snuggling and eating. (Now that I think of it, kind of like some people I know.)

If you had only brought tuna or HAM then he would have expired with happiness. So maybe it's better you didn't.
