Clearly, you like to side with the majority: England has Britain's largest city, 83 percent of the United Kingdom's population, and nearly a millennium of pushing other countries around. As such, they have taken on a role as self-appointed nanny to the rest of the country, especially those Welsh. The English have a reputation for being chaste, meticulous, and polite, if a bit smug and self-righteous. And definitely neurotic (see Gavin's mum). They can certainly kick their heels up with the best of them, but there's always a latent sense of guilt holding them back.
