I had one of these Sunday at Eggspectations. It was mind-blowing.

Black Beauty
Blueberry, blackberry and yogurt blended with cranberry juice and ice.

I need to pay more attention to this smoothie concept. It's a winner.

Ooh yes. We keep raspberries and/or blueberries in the freezer and natural yoghurt in the fridge, and combine them frequently. THey really perk up if you add a drop or two of vanilla too, and sweeten to taste. Or make it thick and cold and you can eat it as a dessert instead.

Yes. This was amazing--it was really dessert for my lunch.
