Once again, the idiots at warweb.com have sent out ancient UPS shipping confirmations by email. Today I got one for a shipment from June. Back in June they sent me a shipping notification for a package they'd sent in March.

What a bunch of morons!

I will order from them when I can get a good discount, but I hate to reward stupidity. I don't like that they operate on the web and have no difficulty taking my order electronically and charging me quickly but seem unable to communicate things like order confirmation, shipping status (other than repeated and out of date tracking notices), backorders, etc. even though they apparently maintain a shopping cart system. People operating on much more of a shoestring than they do manage all of that and more.

I also don't understand why they use three different trade names (Warweb, Grandiosity, and 19th Century Miniatures) and two websites for effectively the same business. It seems very dodgy to me.
