*is worried*
Mar. 27th, 2008 06:13 pmI went running yesterday, and I did about two miles on the flat, but if I actually *ran* more than about a third of it, I'll be surprised. I was quite exhausted, thought not in a "completely blown, need to lie on the ground for a while" way.
Today I went out cycling in the morning, did about the same distance (slightly more) plus a lot more up and down. Enjoyable, and out of breath on a few of the hills, but in no way as exhausted.
Only thing is, I have two matches I've agreed to AR on Sunday. I'm dreading it. I am much more out of shape than I realised. Yikes!
