YAY! Visas issued

Got an email five minutes ago saying that my visa has been issued and my papers are on their way back. Neta got the same message! Super--we can actually legally *go* to the UK.

Now to square things with the registrar...

But it is reassuring. Now I have *some* confidence that when I get my new HSMP letter and apply for entry clearance they won't necessarily lose everything or refuse it sheerly out of whimsy.

Actually I did have a CD at one point with "Movie Themes" all done in pipe of which the GF was one. Can't say I ever pulled it out to listen much.

I could ask Old Ma Drum to play it on the organ, her being a church organist, but that would be too chilling.

Glad the Visa is sorted and plans are afoot!

I will stop being nervous when my passport is actually back in my paws. But it is nice to know they are OK with all the thigns they were supposed to be OK with. ;-)
