See the icon? I now have one of those nifty badges, except mine says 2007. :-) I scored a 98 on the referee exam, and I am now duly authorised to go screw up hapless teams' games by making atrocious calls. ;-)

Wow, so much to tell. I don't know where to start, and I need to be doing some vacumming, so really I should leave my much-promised update for another time. I will say that gr_c17 came over last night and we played a very enjoyable match of Hammer of the Scots in between my making and our eating some Indian food (from packets, not from scratch...)

Neta and I haven't seen each other since Monday (though we email every day and talk most every day), and I miss her something powerful. A number of things are making life very difficult for her right now, and I feel as if I've been no use at all to her this week. :-( Tomorrow we're having dinner and having an evening at the movies, either at a local movie house or at the Big Red Couch Cinema (in my living room). I hope that will help at least make up in part for my delinquence.

Remember, it's VERY IMPORTANT to do some neck stretches before games. You need to be able to have your head turned away from any important play at any given time!
