Yeah. Mostly the posting was inspired by one of the neighbor's dogs being out when I was up this morning saying goodbye to N and refilling the bird feeder. I was sympathising with him that it was rather cold to be shut outdoors, and I called him Barkus, because it stuck in my mind. Then I thought about the quote later and how apt it was. :-)
