Wow. I thought "Oh, I look mildly presentable today" when stopping in the washroom this afternoon to brush my teeth. Then I went looking for something on the Web and come across these:

They're photos from a local gaming group, snaps from matches I played in about two years ago. Thinning hair, scraggly beard, and lumbered with huge rolls of blubber. Yuck. I want to go crawl under a rock.

The perfect confidence-builder for this evening's date. :-(

Oh. Well, you're not missing much. :-(

FWIW, their site is not very compatible with non IE browsers; it took me a long time to even get to the photo section until I stopped usign Forefox (my preference) and switched to IE.

On the up (?) side, my date emailed to ask if we could shift to another night, as work is snowing her under. This is the third time we've moved our "meet up" date (twice at her instance, once at mine); myabe Fate tthinks we shouldn't get together.
