Rupert and I went out for a little spin this morning. He's feeling better now I put a bit more air in his tires with my snazzy new bracket-mounted hand pump. And the new helmet, for all I resent having to buy a new one, has a nifty brim/visor that keeps a bit more of the sun out of my eyes.

Journaling when you're feeling low is like calling people when you're drunk: you feel much more embarrassed afterwards that if you'd just shut up and dealt with it... :-/
