Yes, it's every year the last weekend in November, and followed by a parade the next weekend of any sort of Scottish thing you can think of: Scottish dogs, Scottish soldiers, Scottish clan societies, Scottish country dancing groups, pipe bands, etc.
The Appins are great. They don't do much military reenacting (since there really are no Hanoverian reenactors of the 1740s over here), but they do a *lot* of living history and public education at events like this and at Celtic festivals around the area. My impression is that they really know their stuff.
