Yes, the nice blue and white bowls I got for the cats seem to be free of defects. And the food and drink are fine.

I bought, among other things, a kettle from them. After I took it home and started using it, I found it leaked.

I took it back and explained it leaked. The shop clerk took another one off the shelf and traded with me. He then put the one I had returned back on the shelf.

Rather dubious, but willing to give it a try, I took the new kettle home and tried it out. And, yes, it leaks.

I'm going to take it back and request a refund. And I won't be buying anything there that has multiple parts. Cushions, throws, glassware, china, OK. I might even break down and buy some of their wind chimes. But I don't think I'll be buying any more kitchenware from them.

I'm sure the British Pantry as Branston Pickle, and the Tea Room in Alexandria. But World Market probably has it cheaper.
