I should explain that he's a very limited edition at this point. My mum makes dolls and stuffed animals, but she's gotten quite sick of making bears (because lots of people want them, as you can imagine having seen how sweet one of them is), so she's not making any more. That's one of the last from her backstock. He's also made from wonderfully soft faux fur she got by going around to different fabric wholesalers in the Garment District in NYC (which she won't be doign again, at nearly 80 and not liking to travel any more), and he's about the last of that she had left. So he's a very special bear. But you're a very special person, and I wanted you to have a super special bear to keep you company. If you're ever feeling low, and S isn't available for hugs, hug the bear and know that I'd be hugging you back. :-)
Awwwww! That is such a wonderfully sweet gift! It has so much more meaning now! I'm working on a name for him. All my bears have fun names. Like Barnaby, Cletus, Cuddlefluff and so on. Any suggestions?
