It's a research methods class, one of the required courses for a degree in intelligence. And if I couldn't get a good grade in a research class, after a thorough grounding in my history degree and 15 years' experience doing it for a living, things would be bad. But it's nice to get *such* a good grade. :-)
No, stratgic intelligence, as in research, analysis, listening, watching, and trying to figure out. The thing we apparently failed to do effectively before 9-11. Someone's got to go try to do it better. :-)
