I enjoy Foreign Affairs magazine. Since I paid for it for a while, they now send me links to their articles all the time; I can only read the ones that aren't behind the paywall, but that's still a lot.
They have smart commentators. They publish multiple points of view (see their point/counterpoint series on Iran and nuclear weapons). They don't have a strong partisan bias.
But why do they cover US healthcare? This is FOREIGN Affairs, after all.
