Mar. 17th, 2008 01:57 pmOK, two weeks to get in some sort of decent shape before the CCSL season starts and I start getting refereeing assignments again.
No more booze, no more soda. Can't give up smoking, since I don't to begin with. More veg, less starch, and no more sweets. Lots more water. I've got to start some serious training, doing some running every other day and serious stretches, cycling, and some calisthenics in between. A lot less late nights and more sleep.
