In this case, having had a very fun pair of games with Iron Ivan's "This Very Ground" rules for the French and Indian War, I've ordered some of their other rules, a set for Vietnam modern skirmish battles and the WWII rules they're based on (since the modern ones a a supplement rather than a standalone).
And, having been scoping them out for a while, I took the plunge and got several background books by a team in the UK called Too Fat Lardies :-), also supplements that deal with WWII battles in the Far East (something the other rules I play, Flames of War, don't address, at least so far). And, since they looked interesting, I also got TFL's Napoleonic tactical rules, in case they might be a fun alternative to the grand tactical rules I already play.
Best of all, TFL take PayPal, and they sell their rules either in hardcopy or, for a discount of about 50%, in PDF. So my lunchtime reading has already been emailed to me. :-)
