Pretty sad that this guy is by no means the worst that the Shrub could have chosen even from among the liekly contenders.

Now the question becomes, "Do the Democrats have the balls for a fight, or are they going to surrender?" I won't make any sweeping pronouncements, but if this sails through without a fight, I imagine it's going to be something of a sign that 2006 is going to be a sad year for American.
