I ended up sleeping in the hammock for about two and a half hours. But I woke up, as I went to sleep, very achy. I don't know what has happened, but this feels like a flu without the respiratory symptoms. All my muscles are aching, from the arms all the way down the back to the legs. Not responding to Advil or Tylenol. Only a slight respite from the hot soak after I got out. I'm going to go to sleep early and hope that I can nuke whatever it is with lots of rest.

Finally broke down and made the chili--very extemporaneous and we'll see what it tastes like. Onion, garlic, lean ground beef, tomato sauce, black beans (whihc aren't really black), kidney beans, and chili powder, simmering as I type.

Sleeping in the hammock other times hasn't resulted in this much achiness before, right?

If it doesn't get better in a few days, might want to check with a doc -- I seem to remember that as being a symptom of some bug-bite-related issue (Lyme's? West Nile?).

Hope sleep does the trick.

BP dropping, not good. . . coudl be aprt of your body adjusting longer term to the diet, of course; but I secodn the idea that it's not wise to just ignore it!

I hope you're okay. I emailed you at work, but haven't heard anything, so I am wondering if you even went to work today. ::worried::
