summer in DC

Trip to the basement with one load of laundry and back up again = shirt entirely soaked with sweat.

Ugh. I hate summer in DC.

I hear you. I spent about 5 hours yesterday walking around downtown Boston; it was 90 and so humid it felt like I was swimming. In oatmeal.

Today's even worse -- high of 97 and no breeze. I think I left most of me in a puddle on the sidewalk as I walked to work!

The one occasion when a hug, even virtual, isn't the best visual for providing sympathy. ;-)
