I had some at Nora's (where else?). It was not bad, actually. No sweet chocolate candy taste, just a faint slightly chocolatey taste in the background.
Not sure, but I saw a box of it near the microwave at work.
I'm dubious about the idea of adulterating tea with milk and sugar (I only do that about one in every several hundred cups). Adding other substances is just wicked and should be cause for a Planetary Interdict.
