Oh, I really didn't want to do that. Not because it's cold (I really couldn't care less if it's cold, as long as it's not icy), but just because it was after 9 and I hadn't had dinner yet, and I didn't want to *bother*. But it wasn't that long, just a quick jog (5/5), and I want to keep it up. So I did, and I did what one of my friends did recently and alternated minutes, one walking, one jogging. And it was fine.
I always end feeling as if I *could* go on, if I had to. For exercise, as opposed to a race, I figure that's fine. It's when the day comes that I finish and I *want* to go on--that's when I need to check into Arkham Asylum and restore some of my SAN...
