I'm seriously considering dropping the Metformin for a couple of days for just that reason.

After all, the best thing for any malady short of a sucking chest wound is sleep, and what helps you sleep better than a nice, cozy dram or two? :-)

In fact, I think it's an order now, as my PM emailed me to say "Stay home with a bottle of NyQuil and a six pack and you'll be good as new on Monday."
