Well, the thing is, it may not affect things retroactively. You guys may be OK, but it may be that no one can be married in Texas _from now on_. There's some principle of Anglo-English constitutional law that says new laws can't reach back and undo things that are already legal. But it's been a long day, so I may hallucinating or getting confused or something.
