I'm highlighting this because I find it's almost impossible to get what I think of as 'European' style yoghurt here--smooth and creamy without bitterness. Thank goodness, of course, for Canada...

Hope you feel better! Also, if there's a Whole Foods near you, I highly recommend skyr -- it's an Icelandic milk product that tastes a lot like really good Greek yogurt, but it's actually a very soft cheese made from skim milk. No fat, good protein and everything, and incredibly tasty!
